How long will my order take?
My normal turn around time to create an order is 5 business days. However, working around a houseful of kids there have been a few times when this was not possible. If you need your order in a hurry, please place your order as a RUSH and we will try to have your order in the mail within 2-3 business days. There is no additional fee for a rush order. Please be sure that we that we have an accurate email address for you so we can send you a confirmation e-mail and in case we have questions on your order. Feel free to email me if you have any questions. Please read: If you have not received a confirmation email from me about your order, or if you think your order is taking too long, please email me. There is a good chance that I have been trying to reach you. It could be that I did not have an accurate email address for you or my e-mails were blocked by your server. What are your shipping options? I ship orders out via First Class mail and Priority mail depending on the weight. First Class mail typically takes 4-5 business days and Priority mail 2-3 business days. This timeframe is not guaranteed and may slow down during the holiday season. If you need faster shipping or a guaranteed delivery day we also offer Express Mail. Email me if you would like to find out the cost for Express Mail. Can I change the wording on your items? Yes, you can! You can have any words that you would like on a design. Just email me your choices. Names may also be added to designs for free. Can you customize my design to match my child's interests? Yes! Just email me exactly what you are looking for. I will send you the cost (if there is an additional one needed for your design choices) and a sample of your design will follow shortly after that. Do you offer bulk or quantity discounts? I do not charge any setup fees and I try to keep my prices affordable so that large families like ours can purchase my products. The process I use to create and produce my products is time consuming and does not decrease when a larger quantity of items are ordered. It costs me the same amount to produce the 10th piece as it does the first. Because of this, it is hard for me to give quantity discounts. However, if you are ordering more than 12 shirts, please feel free to email me and I will work on some form of a discount. What is your return policy? I want my customers to be happy with their orders and I will work hard to make sure that this happens. Due to the personalized nature of my business, all of my products are made Special Order for each of my customers. I do not have any stock items sitting around. My products are NOT returnable or exchangeable unless I make an error, so please check the information that you sent me carefully and contact me if you have any questions. If there is an error in your order that is my fault, please notify me immediately by e-mail and I will replace your item at no charge. I have a question about my order - how can I reach you?
